How Can You Strengthen Your Immune System?

 

Good Morning to Everyone,

I want to take a moment to talk about immunity. Although, we are not in the grips of cold and flu season, I have been running into many folks suffering from spring & summer colds!

Did you know that the vast majority of medical experts estimate over 90% of illness, disease and fatigue are due to stress? Stress compromises our immune system welcoming illness into our bodies. Whether it’s good stress (major life changes, like weddings, graduation, moving across the country) or busy, deadlines at work kinds of stress.
